Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule pls contact us within 3 days before activity commencement. For full refund, cancellation must be made 3 days before activity commencement. Activity commencement will only be confirmed when the number of participants reach the minimum of: My Little Garden - Minimum 5 participants My Lush Garden - Minimum 4 participants My Emerald World - Minimum 4 participants Greenbits SG reserve the rights to amend, cancel or reschedule an activity in the event of insufficient participation or incomplete registration (due to insufficient mandatory information or non payment within 24hrs of registration without prior notice).
